A Guide to Navigating Employment Regulations Across Canada

It can be difficult to navigate the differences between provincial employment legislation across Canada. Of course, it's certainly possible to "Google" the answers to questions such as, "Is vacation pay included in the calculation of overtime in Ontario?", or "Does vacation increase to 3 weeks in Alberta after 5 years?", or "How does maternity and parental leave work in Quebec?". However, it's vital that you're pulling information from legitimate government sites, so you're not relying on inaccurate or outdated information.
